jaba9 Terms and Conditions

01 General Overview

jaba9 (operating as "jaba9.cam") is an online gaming and betting platform operating in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jaba9 website, mobile version, and all related services. By registering on or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This document is written in Bengali and applies to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, jaba9's interpretation will be considered final.

02 Eligibility Requirements

Providing false information will result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify jaba9 support immediately.

04 Account Suspension and Closure

jaba9 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception or dishonest activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or depositing funds from an illegal source.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.

05 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following specific limits and conditions apply to financial transactions on jaba9:

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Each deposit must be made from the user's own registered payment account.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard processing time for withdrawal requests: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used to deposit funds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Grounds for Rejection

jaba9 may reject a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud, verification documents have not been submitted, or an investigation is ongoing on the account.

06 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

jaba9 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. All funds deposited on the platform must come from a legitimate source. jaba9 monitors suspicious transactions and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary. Users may be asked to provide proof of source of funds.

07 Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. After receiving this bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the funds become withdrawable.

Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• After receiving a bonus, a set time limit will be given to complete the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses may not apply to certain games or bet types.
• Bonus balance and real money balance are managed separately.
• jaba9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Abuse Prohibited

Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other method will result in forfeiture of the bonus and closure of the account.

08 VIP Program and Cashback

The jaba9 VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. jaba9 may change VIP tiers and benefits without notice.

09 Betting Terms and Validity

Your account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet on jaba9. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical error causes an unusual outcome, jaba9 reserves the right to void that bet.

Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using software, bots or automated systems.
• Exploiting any technical or software flaw in the platform.
• Coordinating with other users to create artificial outcomes.
• Attempting to alter game records or results.

10 Cricket and Sports Betting

Additional rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL) and other sports events. jaba9 may set betting limits on specific markets. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the policy on refunding or reassessing bets will be determined according to event-specific rules.

In live betting, odds change in real time. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at that moment will apply.

11 Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content on the jaba9 website — logos, designs, text, software, game interfaces and other elements — is the intellectual property of jaba9 or its licensors. Copying, redistributing or commercially using this content without written permission from jaba9 is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

jaba9 will not be held responsible for:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Errors in third-party software or payment gateways.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or submission of incorrect information.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).

In all circumstances, jaba9's maximum liability is limited to the actual deposit amount held in the user's account.

13 Service Availability

jaba9 always strives to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades or unexpected technical issues. In such situations, jaba9 will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

14 Responsible Gaming Policy

jaba9 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. This platform should be used for entertainment purposes only. Participating on jaba9 carries the risk of financial loss and you should not bet beyond your means.
